Mindiful is a children's mental health software platform that offers a variety of enriching exercises and tools set in an immersive storybook interface. It includes early learning mental health exercises, a journaling canvas, and analytics. It can be used both at home with parents/guardians and by teachers/clinicians.

The platform features exercises such as Bird Breathing, Paced Breathing, Diaphragm Breathing, Nasal Inhale/Oral Exhale, Monkey Moods, Emotion Learning Photobooth, Sloth Stretches, and Reptile Relaxation. These exercises help children develop skills related to breathing techniques, emotional intelligence, stretching, spatial awareness, relaxation, and meditation.

The My First Journal section provides a pre-literacy age solution for early-stage journaling through activities like drawing, audio recording, and selecting emotions. Children are encouraged to submit daily journal entries in a safe space to express their feelings.

Mindiful also offers insightful analytics to help monitor a child's mental health. The platform's Parent Portal provides reports on exercise usage, mood trends, and journal entries to aid parents in understanding their child's emotional well-being.

One of the unique aspects of Mindiful is the Key Book feature where children can earn keys to positivity by completing exercises. This incentivization model aims to motivate kids to engage with the platform regularly and set real-life goals related to mental health.

Mindiful believes in the importance of proactive children's mental health resources as a foundational part of early education. They aim to make these resources universally accessible and cultivate good habits from a young age.
