These exercises help children develop skills related to breathing techniques, emotional intelligence, stretching, spatial awareness, relaxation, and meditation.
The My First Journal section provides a pre-literacy age solution for early-stage journaling through activities like drawing, audio recording, and selecting emotions. Children are encouraged to submit daily journal entries in a safe space to express their feelings.
Mindiful also offers insightful analytics to help monitor a child's mental health. The platform's Parent Portal provides reports on exercise usage, mood trends, and journal entries to aid parents in understanding their child's emotional well-being.
